Created from a sheet of silver using hammers and chisel-like tools, this sterling silver apple blossom cuff bracelet features intricate chase and repousse’ designs. The bracelet features an apple blossom in the center, with another apple blossom flower on each side. The cuff bracelet is 2 inches in the center then tapering off to 1 inch on each side. Accents of 24KT gold bring the apple blossoms to life, applied through the Keum Boo technique, where a thin sheet of pure gold is fused to the silver with heat and pressure - mechanical gilding - to produce a permanent diffusion bond. A 14-gauge sterling silver square wire is soldered along the cuff’s inner edge to help maintain its’ shape and make it easy to slip on comfortably. The cuff bracelet has a 6¾ inch circumference and will fit a 6¼ inch wrist comfortably. The metal has been oxidized to bring out the details of the apple blossom design.
